Sheryl Fajen, Sales Team Manager

Sheryl started at J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning in 2013 at the front desk and has since transitioned into the sales field. She loves spending time with her kids, grandkids, dogs, doing outdoor projects and organizing. She is one of the most organized and hardworking people you will ever meet.

She is also involved with Boy Scouts. She has been with the Boy Scouts through her children for 15 years. That is approximately 165-weekend campouts! Wow! She hopes to have many more with her grandkids.

Sheryl loves working at the company because, “J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning is a family owned and operated company and they treat every one of us that way, from the office, warehouse, cleaners, sales team and installers. Larry has worked at J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning since 1999. He has worked as a carpet installer since 1985 and understands carpet and flooring installation on every level. He is our master technician who has all the installation answers.

Larry loves golfing and is an Air Force Veteran. He spent 10 years coaching little league baseball. Larry loves working for the company because, “J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning is a family-like work environment from top to bottom, with an emphasis on doing the right thing.”

My favorite product to sell is L.V.P. (Luxury Vinyl Plank) because the vinyl plank has become very popular over the last 5 years. It offers a good, clean, wood look while being more water resistant than most flooring materials.

Trevor Davis, Account Manager

Trevor has been around J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning for a while, starting with his father installing carpet in 2008. He moved into sales in June of 2018 and has been a blessing for our sales team.

Trevor is that down to Earth type guy with a great sense of humor. He says, “I love to make people laugh and I love to make sure I live life to the fullest.” He also loves the outdoors and is quite the fisherman. Of course, he loves sports too, both watching and playing them.

One of his favorite products is the company's Action A line. It is an upgraded carpet the company keeps in stock. He loves walking on a good quality carpet, and Action A gives that nice, soft walk.

Trevor says, “I love working at J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning because the company is family oriented with great morals and goals. I enjoy getting to be a part of all of that.”

Ricky is a long-timer with J-Mar Flooring.  Ricky has been on the installation side of J-Mar Flooring for many years before starting in 2023 as a Sales Team Assistant.
Ricky is the best of the best, helping us do any and everything all day long for staff and customers.

Victoria King, Account Manager

Meet Victoria, or as her friends call her, "Tori". She started at J-mar Flooring in June of 2021 as a sales assistant for the Sales Manager, Sheryl Fajen. Tori lights up the room simply by being in it. She blesses our J-Mar Family with treats and goodies all the time, from muffins in the morning to a bottle of wine on a Friday at 5:00. She is one of the most giving and thoughtful people you will ever meet. We are so blessed she has joined our J-Mar team.

 

Tori and her husband have two beautiful girls and she values her time with her family most of all.



Her favorite product to sell is Vinyl Plank. She love how nice it looks on the floor, at a cost that is budget friends.

 

She loves working at J-Mar because she feels it is her second family. Tori said, "Everyone here gets along, laughs together and works towards a common goal of complete customer satisfaction." She also love the part of her job where she gets to help people pick colors and design their rooms.

Lacey Ross, Sales Team

Lacey started at J-Mar Flooring in 2016. She worked installing flooring for several years. She knows flooring from the ground up. She also helps the water extraction team. She is truly a "Jack of all Trades" and one amazing woman. She does all that plus take care of her 6 children. I would think Wonder Woman would be the perfect name for her. In between all of that, she likes to fish and go camping with her family.


Lacey loves to sell J-Mar's line of click flooring. She says it looks very updated on the floor and all of her customers have really been happy with it. Plus, it is waterproof and durable, making it perfect for the home.


Lacey loves working at J-Mar because she is so familiar with the industry, it seems like the perfect fit for her. Her father has installed for J-Mar Flooring for years, and her brother is on the sales team. She loves the family feel of J-Mar, and the fact that her DNA family is here as well.
