R.C. Sullivent, General Manager

R.C. has been with the company since 1996. He started in the warehouse and is now the company's general manager. R.C. works hard to be sure every customer is a happy customer.

R.C. loves golfing, fishing, skeet and trap shooting. R.C. loves to cook and has even entered many cooking competitions including chili cook-offs and BBQ competitions. Even Buddy doesn’t mind that he is a cat person, and he and his wife share their homes with 6 cats, including one named Rugs, that was found inside one of the walls at the company.

Despite that mean looking exterior he portrays, we all know deep down, really deep, deep down, he is a caring and wonderful person. Everyone knows he has their back, and he has a loyalty to the company that is priceless.

Nicki Flatley, Billing Manager

Nicki is the office manager for J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning. She started in the summer of 2017 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning family.

Nick said, “I’m a Mom, Nana, Daughter, Sister, Aunt…just a small list of my favorite things to be! I’m loyal, loving and laugh a lot!”

"I wouldn’t say I have a hobby really, but I love taking pictures, and did want to be a professional photographer. Most of my free time is spent with my family and friends. Life would be dull without them."

Autumn Kluge, Office Manager

Autumn joined the J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning team in 2017. She works the front desk and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call to place an order.

Autumn enjoys painting, crafting and reading. Her favorite product the business sells is the Eagle Tahoe Luxury vinyl plank, because it is so pretty down, and a great value.

Autumn loves working at J-Mar Flooring & Carpet Cleaning because of the people. “They make you feel like family and there is never a shortage of laughter!”
